She's still cute though!

Yes, another post... sorry this is what happens when my husband travels... I get camera happy! Anyway... Here is Sami's new favorite phrase compliments of her big brother Hunter.
Yes... she looks all cute and dainty.... then THIS comes out of her mouth...
In case you are wondering... yes, they are saying "burp" definitely a proud mommy moment...
ps... no I didn't tell them to hold hands...

Here's a cute picture of Hunter on his last day with the Cat in the Hat. His preschool teacher gives them each a turn to take the Cat home and read a book to them for a week. When the week is over they bring the Cat back to school and they have to tell their class about the book they learned with the Cat in the Hat. Hunter chose the book, "How Does a Dinosaur Eat All His Food". He knows the book verbatim now. He loved his time with the Cat in the Hat and did a great job sharing his story with the class.
She just got more beautiful every day...
and she can get me every time with that smile!
Now she's my big, INDEPENDENT, sassy little princess and I coudn't love her more!

We were lucky enough to get invited to our friends cabin for new years eve. We packed up the kids... and all of our holiday left over treats... and headed up to the cabin. We had such a blast!
Lay off me I'm STARVING

We are so lucky to have such good friends that always invite us to do fun things. Hopefully we'll have some fun stuff in the future so we can return the favor!
2008 was a good year, but it had it's challenges too. I'm looking forward to a new start with a new year!
Happy New Year!
