Hunter: Mommy, I want a lion ride.

Mommy: A what?

Hunter: A lion ride!

Mommy: A lion ride? What's a lion ride bud?

Hunter: You know a lion back ride!

Mommy: Oh! You mean a piggy back ride?

Hunter: No Mommy! A lion back ride! You have to say ROAR!

Hunter is a Good Guy!!!

We have been taking advantage of the upper 70's weather we've been having the past couple of days (especially since it may SNOW tomorrow... only in Utah!!!) by going to the park a couple times a day. Today we went with my friend Jamie and her son Kayden. Hunter was off playing with some little boys on the "big kid" playground as I watched him from the bench. Jamie and I walked over to stand closer to the boys and one of the moms that was already standing there said, "Who does the little blonde boy belong to?" I cringed, what had I missed?! I said, "I am, he didn't push someone did he?!" She said, "No, he is cracking me up though! He asked me 'can I go down the slide?' I said, 'yes' and he said, 'Oh, thank you!' I then told him 'wow, you are a good boy.' he said, 'yeah, I'm not a bad guy!'" I didn't have my camera with me today, so this picture is one we took at the park last night! I love my little super hero!!!

Swan Dive!

Brett was in Houston tonight on business, so our friends Tiff and Josh let the kids and I crash their family night at the park. The kids had a blast! Their favorite part was feeding the ducks. Sami got a little frustrated with me, however, because she wanted to dive into the water with them, and believe it or not I wouldn't let her! I am such a mean mom! You will notice the first picture has a blurry spot on it... I had to hold Sami as I was taking pictures to avoid her doing a swan dive (no pun intended...) As I was snapping away, she kept grabbing at it. She got a fingerprint on the lens of my camera and I didn't notice it until I had taken several really cute pictures! Figures! Thanks to Tiffy and Josh for letting us join them!

Call American Idol!

My mom taught Hunter the Yankee Doodle song when she was watching him one weekend while we were in St. George. Our little Goofball decided to re-write the song a bit. I think we may have a hit single on our hands...what do you think?! Should I call Randy Jackson or Simon Cowell? Speaking of American Idol, who are you voting for? Go David Cook!!!

My Die Hard Man!

Okay people, THIS is for the love of the game! This picture was taken a couple weeks ago. Yes that is a golf course. Yes that is snow falling. And yes... that is my husband on the left grinning like a school boy giddy just to be back on the golf course again! It has been a llllooooonnnnngggg winter! I doubt Tiger Woods has ever played in the snow!!! Love you babe!

Best Buddies!!!

You know, moments like this make all the craziness of being the mother of two rambunctious toddlers all worth it!!! Hunter and Sami were playing in Hunters room tonight while I cleaned up. I went in to check on them and they had climbed into Hunters bed and were having a little pajama party! I love my babies!!!
