Tonight for Family Night we decided to continue the Halloween celebrations and carve some pumpkins! We let the kids do as much as they could. Brett cut the lids off and the kids scraped the guts out... actually more accurately... Hunter scraped his pumpkin guts Sami stuck her hand in one time and pulled back so fast you would have thought she touched a hot stove and screamed out, "Gross!" She wouldn't touch the pumpkin again after that! Brett and I carved them ad then the kids painted them with finger paints. Sami had a ball with that. Apparently paint isn't gross like pumpkin guts!

Cute pumpkins! We did that last night, too! I think a lot of families did, because I noticed as I was driving around last night, all the pumpkins people have had on their porches were missing! I love Halloween!
Fun! I love how proud Hunter looks. Sami is such a girl!
We haven't done the Pumpkin thing yet. Mike's been out of town and I like it when he is home to scoop out the "guts". I guess Sami is a lot like me. I think Emma will try and eat it when we do it tonight! Cute, cute pictures!
